Processing time for orders received is generally 1 -2 business days.

North America: 6-21 business days
Europe: 6-21 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 business days
Asia Pacific: 3-12 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 
Custom Orders Hand Painted Eyes
I will accept custom orders for Hand Painted Eyes. Please contact me via email at BearsnBitz@pm.me.  I will generally get back to you within the day.

My eyes listed do come as pairs.

All other eye types listed do come as pairs as well.

However, if you require eyes of 2 different sizes in 2 different colours, or if you need only 1 eye - not a problem : ) Just email me - happy to create a custom order just for you .

If your purchase is a gift, I am very happy to ship direct to the recipient. I can also provide beautiful gift wrapping for a small fee. Please include the recipient's address in the note to seller section of the checkout page so that I have the correct shipping address to post to.

Can I return my item if I have changed my mind/ordered the wrong size?Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on hand painted eyes if you have changed your mind. 

However if you have purchased the wrong size  - I'm happy to exchange for the correct size and failing that I will refund your purchase price in full. Please note on exchanges customer is responsible for paying postage on exchanged item.
I do accept returns if the item is delivered to you damaged - ie: anything broken or chipped.
Please contact me as soon as possible after receiving the damaged item and please send photos of the damaged item.
I generally will not request you to post back the broken item - too much hassle for you. I would rather replace your broken item if that is acceptable to you. 
I will only ask that you pay for the postage of the replacement item.

 Shipping FAQ Australian Customers

Please Note: If for some reason your order has been lost in the post PLEASE let me know.  I am happy to resend the order but I request that the customer please pay for postage to resend the order. I usually send a PayPal Invoice for the extra shipping.

SHIPPING ADDRESS – items will be posted to the shipping address you provide, so please make sure that it's up-to-date. 

For parcel deliveries Australia-wide I use Parcel Post AU Post.
Tracking is included on EVERY PARCEL POST shipment.

How long will it take for my parcel to be delivered?
The delivery time will depend on where you live. Generally parcels will take 1-2 business days for delivery, however if your parcel is going to a remote location it may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping FAQ International Customers
I use Australia Post STANDARD INTERNATIONAL Service this does includes a Tracking Number.

International Customers Approximate Delivery Time Frames
Delivery time frame will depend on where you live. You can email me before purchase and I can look up the approximate time frame for you.

Generally speaking shipping to anywhere in the world will take approximately 6-21 business days due to limited flights because of Covid.

I do try to keep shipping costs down but I also want your product to arrive in one piece. So I do wrap each item carefully in bubble wrap . This process then makes the item a parcel - and the prices for shipping reflect shipping a parcel not a letter.

International Customers Explanation of Australia Post Charges

The postage charges for the items that are sold here at BearsnBitz are based on depth or thickness of the item. According to Australia Post items can only be classified as a 'letter' means the item MUST be LESS than 20mm thick. That means that everything that is MORE than 20mm thick is then classified as a "small parcel". Usually by the time i wrap the items with a bit of bubble wrap so that there is no damage to the item in transit it is more than the 20mm limit posed by Australia Post. So then the order is sent as a small parcel which explains why the postage charges from Australia are high for such a small item. Also if multiple items are ordered it is impossible to send as a letter - too much bulk.
